Want to make a complaint?

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter, please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

I wish to complain

We aim to deal with the complaints and comments as easily and quickly as possible, and if suitable, at the time they are brought to our attention, with the person concerned. if your complaint cannot be resolved immediately or if you wish to make formal complaint, please let us know in writing as soon as possible and ensure this is done timely.

All complaints must be submitted in writing either by hand or via email to NKMC2@nhs.net

By following our Complaints Procedure, you will allow us to personally resolve the issue and to improve our service to you and others.

What we will do

We will contact you to acknowledge complaint within 3 working days at which stage you will be advised the timescale to complete any necessary investigations.

When we investigate your complaint we aim to:

  • find out what happened
  • invite you to discuss the problem
  • identify what we can do to ensure that the problem does not happen again
