We have an established representative group of registered patients to help us develop our services.

This mainly virtual group communicates mostly by e-mail, in order to establish a larger group than we could accommodate by just holding meetings, and to minimise the inconvenience caused to your busy schedule.

If you sign up to our PPG we would initially like very much to hear your views on the service we currently offer and areas upon which you feel we could improve.

Where appropriate these areas of concern are circulated to the group for comments and suggestions and may be placed on the agenda for our next meeting (usually these take place twice a year).

Any decisions made at these meetings are reported to you for comment and further suggestions and this will form the basis of an action plan for improvement.

Once agreed we will start to Implement any changes and report progress to you.

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
